These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, educational materials, digital products, membership services, and Telegram community channels operated by FemmeCrypto Academy (“FCA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, enrolling, or using any FCA services, you acknowledge that you acknowledge and agree that these Terms & Conditions are binding upon you at the moment of (1) submitting tuition payment to secure your membership, and again at the moment of (2) requesting or being granted access to any private communication channels, platforms, or communities operated by FCA (including but not limited to Telegram channels and member communities). Both actions constitute your express acceptance of these Terms, including the refund policy, dispute resolution terms, and conduct requirements.
Access is prohibited to persons under the age of 18. By accessing our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding legal agreement.
1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
FemmeCrypto Academy provides educational services related to financial literacy.
All materials, including:
• Video lessons
• Written materials
• Charts and examples
• Telegram discussions
• Trade ideas or signals
are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided by FCA constitutes:
• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Trading advice
• Portfolio management services
• An offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities or financial instruments
You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make.
2. RISK DISCLOSURE
Trading cryptocurrencies and financial markets involves significant risk.
By using FCA services you acknowledge that:
• Trading carries a risk of substantial financial loss.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Any trade ideas or signals shared are examples of market analysis and not guaranteed outcomes.
• You may lose some or all of your trading capital.
You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
3. NO GUARANTEED PROFITS
FCA does not monitor or control how members execute trades and cannot guarantee outcomes, profits, income, or financial success.
Results shared by FCA members or instructors:
• Are individual experiences
• Do not represent typical results
• Should not be interpreted as guarantees
Trading success depends on many factors including:
• Market conditions
• Experience level
• Capital management
• Personal discipline
• Execution quality
4. TELEGRAM COMMUNITY & TRADE IDEAS
Members may receive access to FCA Telegram channels where the FCA team shares:
• Trade ideas
• Market analysis
• Educational commentary
• Example setups
Important:
All trades must be executed at the user’s own discretion.
FCA is not responsible for losses resulting from following or interpreting trade ideas shared within the Telegram channels.
5. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY
Members are fully responsible for:
• Opening and managing exchange accounts
• Ensuring you can set up the required exchange accounts (e.g., KuCoin, MEXC, WEEX).
• Understanding leverage and risk
• Position sizing
• Stop-loss management
• Compliance with their local laws and regulations
FCA does not hold custody of client funds and does not execute trades on behalf of members.
6. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE POLICY
FemmeCrypto Academy offers a 100% refund plus $500 USD guarantee, but only under the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, the member must demonstrate that:
1. All required lessons and course modules were completed during the first month of membership.
2. The member actively participated in at least 80% of all trades shared by the FCA team in the members’ channel during the first month of trading, followed the exact posted setups, and used proper risk management as instructed in the FCA course and guidelines.
3. Despite fulfilling the above requirements, the member did not have any profitable trades during their first month of membership due to FCA strategy failure.
If these conditions are met, FCA will refund the full tuition plus $500 USD.
7. GUARANTEE EXCLUSIONS
The guarantee does not apply if:
• You choose not to trade or participate for any reason.
• You fail to set up exchange accounts.
• Your jurisdiction restricts access to cryptocurrency exchanges and you did not research this before enrolling.
• You request a refund due to personal circumstances, financial reasons, regret, “cold feet” or unrelated life events.
• You enter only a portion of trades, miss setups, or fail to follow instructions.
• You make independent trades outside FCA signals that affect your net results.
• You alter trade parameters (such as leverage, stop-loss, or take-profit) in ways inconsistent with FCA instructions.
• You achieve some profitable trades but lose overall due to incomplete participation or personal trading errors.
FCA’s accuracy rate is based on the full portfolio of trades posted. Refund eligibility requires participation in the majority of posted trades to ensure fair and accurate evaluation.
8. GUARANTEE CLAIM PROCESS
All guarantee claims must be submitted in writing to:
femmecryptoacademy@gmail.com The claim must include:
• Screenshots of sufficient trading activity
• Exchange trading history
• Documentation proving participation in required trades with the correct parameters as given by FCA
FCA will review the request within 45 days.
If approved, refunds will be issued within 30 days to the original payment method.
9. NO OTHER REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are considered final.
Except for the specific Money-Back Guarantee conditions outlined above, no other refunds will be granted.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All FCA materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
Members may not:
• Share course materials
• Redistribute Telegram content
• Copy or reproduce lessons
• Sell or distribute FCA strategies
Unauthorized sharing may result in:
• Immediate termination of membership
• Legal action if necessary.
11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
FCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if a member:
• Violates these Terms
• Shares proprietary materials
• Engages in harassment, defamation, intimidation or misconduct in the community
Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FCA shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to:
• Trading losses
• Loss of profits
• Loss of capital
• Technical issues with exchanges
• Market volatility
Your use of FCA services is entirely at your own risk.
13. MEMBERSHIPS, CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY
13.1 By purchasing FCA services you agree that:
• You will not initiate chargebacks without first contacting FCA support.
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.
• FCA reserves the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation including access logs and purchase records
13.2 Membership terms
Memberships are available in 6-month or 12-month terms. Payment of tuition is due in full at enrollment. Membership begins immediately upon payment confirmation and access to materials.
Once access is granted, membership fees are non-refundable. By enrolling, you authorize The Wealtha Method™, operated by FCA FZE-LLC, to collect full tuition via your chosen payment method.
Tuition may be paid by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved cryptocurrencies (such as USDT, BTC, or ETH, as specified).
13.3 Deposits
In certain cases, the Company may, at its sole discretion, allow a client to secure a membership spot through the payment of a deposit. Such deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, financial hardship, or inability to participate.
Deposits are collected solely for the purpose of holding the applicant’s spot at FCA and preventing it from being passed on to the next person on the waitlist. Deposits do not entitle the applicant to early access to programs, materials, or community features.
Deposits shall be applied as a credit toward the applicant’s total tuition balance once the full payment is completed. If the client fails to complete the remaining balance within the timeframe specified by the Company, the deposit will be forfeited in full, and the reserved spot may be released to another applicant.
13.4 Payment Plans
Payment plans are not available for the Gold Program. Tuition for the Gold Program must be paid in full and upfront before any access is provided.
The Company may, at its discretion, offer payment-plan options for the Diamond Program only.
All Diamond Program payment plans must be fully completed within three (3) months from the initial payment date.
The payment plan constitutes a binding commitment to pay the entire tuition amount, even if participation ceases early.
Because the primary one-on-one video calls and core curriculum occur within the first three months, the full tuition must be completed during that period.
Access to mentorship, course materials, or community features may be suspended or revoked if any scheduled payment is missed or delayed.
Defaulting on a payment plan immediately voids eligibility for any guarantee and may result in legal or collection action.
13.5 General Terms for Payment Plans
All payment-plan installments are non-refundable, regardless of participation level or completion status. Members on payment plans remain bound by our refund and guarantee provisions; however, guarantee eligibility applies only once the full tuition has been received by the Company.
13.6 Marketing & Communication Consent
By joining, you consent to receive communications from FCA, including WhatsApp and email messages. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. FCA processes personal data in compliance with GDPR (for EU members) and CCPA (for California residents).
13.7 In the event that FCA migrates, upgrades, restructures, or transitions its services, community, content, or communication channels to a new website, platform, software, or system (a “Platform Transition”), the following terms apply:
Members will be provided with a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice to create a new account and migrate their membership access to the new platform, where applicable.
It is the sole responsibility of the member to complete all required steps within the stated transition period, including account creation, verification, and access confirmation.
Failure to complete the transition within the provided timeframe will result in permanent loss of membership access, including access to all materials, communities, services, and benefits associated with the membership.
Memberships that are not transitioned within the allotted period cannot be reactivated, reinstated, transferred, or recovered under any circumstances.
No refunds, credits, extensions, or compensation will be issued for failure to transition, regardless of reason, including but not limited to oversight, technical issues on the member’s side, lack of engagement, or missed communications.
Platform Transitions do not constitute a termination of service by the Company and do not create any new refund rights or obligations beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.
13.8 FemmeCrypto Academy (“FCA”) may from time to time provide access to mentors, coaches, or facilitators (“Mentors”) as part of certain programs, including but not limited to the Diamond Program. All Mentors associated with FCA act as independent contractors and not as employees, agents, partners, or representatives of FCA. FCA does not control the personal trading activity, opinions, or independent methods of its Mentors.
Any statements, guidance, opinions, experiences, or perspectives shared by Mentors during one-on-one calls, group sessions, written communications, or community interactions are provided solely for educational and informational purposes and reflect the personal opinions and experiences of the Mentor. Such statements do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Mentors do not provide personalized investment advice, do not manage funds, do not execute trades on behalf of members, and do not assess the legal or regulatory suitability of trading activities for any individual member. All trading decisions, account setups, exchange access, and compliance with local laws remain the sole responsibility of the member.
FCA assumes no liability for any actions, decisions, outcomes, losses, or damages arising from reliance on information shared by Mentors.
14. JURISDICTION
Users are responsible for ensuring that participation in cryptocurrency trading is legal in their jurisdiction.
FCA does not provide services where prohibited by law.
15. MODIFICATIONS
FCA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of FCA services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
